Suffolk Law Softball
The mission of the Suffolk Law Softball club is to enable SULS to join together, participate in the athletic activity of softball, and build bonds amongst the participants. It also provides students with a great opportunity to meet students from other law schools and network.
The softball team is open to all SULS students and participates in two major law school tournaments a year. In the fall the club competes in the annual Battle of Boston, a two-week event featuring all of the Boston area law schools. In the spring, the team participates in the UVA Invitational located in Virginia which is a weekend tournament featuring over 110 law schools from all over the nation. In addition to the tournaments, the team participates in several scrimmage games against other Boston law schools in both the fall and spring.
It is the hope of the club to expand in the future and have an intra Suffolk Law tournament as well as a possible faculty/student game.
