The National Women Law Student Association (NWLSA)

NWLSA is an orgnization dedicated to promoting women. It is a venue for all law students to involve themselves with legal and social issues confronting women as lawyers and women as people. It is an opportunity for students to get involved with other local law schools and women in the legal community, specifically through its connctions with the Women's Bar Association. As a member of the National Women Law Students' Association, students also have the opportunity to connect with other Women Law groups across the nation. In addition to promoting women in the legal field, NWLSA promotes the well-being of all women by sponsoring events to raise money and awareness on such issues as breast cancer, domestic violence and poverty. All students are welcome.
