Cricket Association of Suffolk University Law School
CASULS primary objective is to educate and increase awareness of the game of cricket and to spark student interest in it. In doing so, this would not only help to create more well-rounded lawyers in the in long run, but will also create a physical outlet for law students. The team setting will foster teamwork and camaraderie among the students, and as more Cricket Associations are founded at other law schools, it will also create a new way of networking and fostering relationships between the law schools in Boston.
The secondary (and long term) goals of the CASULS will be to lay the groundwork for a Suffolk University Law School Intramural Cricket League, where each section, or class, will have their own co-ed teams and will compete with one another. In addition, it is also a long-term goal for Suffolk University Law School to charter a team to compete in the Cricket League in Massachusetts.
